Good morning Altoona! Would you be interested in helping us accomplish ILoveAltoona.com's vision? I have three quick announcements!
First, if you have a business and you are looking for a great advertising deal, we've got it here. For what it would cost you for a relatively modest newspaper display ad for one or two days, we will run your ad for an entire year as an official website sponsor. This includes a highlighted Altoogle ad, a coupon, being featured on our sponsors page and a constant link from the home page. Our primary geographical reach is the immediate Altoona area (Bellwood to Hollidaysburg), so we're reaching your immediate market most strongly. You can contact me directly and I'll send you details. We have annual packages as low as $150/year.
Secondly, we need some volunteers! A few of you have already expressed interest. Here are a few things we may need help with: prize patrol, community outreach, finding cool Altoona-related content online, finding and posting events, a newsletter editor and more. If you are interested in learning more, let me know.
